Creatine
This is a proven number one supp for anyone wanting to build muscle. It gives a strength increase and enlarges the pumps and keeps you looking pumped longer.

Ecdy
The effect is related to strength, energy and pump. Very similar to creatine. I went off creatine and my pumps are basically like on creatine. I only took 200mg a day. Strength increase is even larger than creatine, I went up in every weight and feel more energetic. Creatine gives a very slight strength increase. Has anyone dosed this at 1000-2000mg? Fucking expensive..

Ashwaganda
This I feel lowers the cortisol substantially, it's like a very mild phenibut that just lowers anxiety a bit.

D-vitamin
According to all studies, this raises test surefire. But I can't say I feel any difference or can tell any effects from it. Just a leap of faith I guess.

What do you think? Did I miss something?

I think Tribulus, maca and protein powders are among the worst supps. Tribulus and maka makes me stressful. And protein powders don't sit well with the stomach, and I see no evidence that I gain more muscle with adding this. I rather feel bloated on a protein powdered regime.

casein for cutting. Helps keep u satiated, shitfting to raw milk rather than pasterurized nonsense. Eating good carbs and meditation also helps in pain sensitivity and testosterone. Actual sun beats vit D supplement, you feel like a God when ur walking bare torso in sun listening to black metal.

KSM 66 ashwagandha, lsd microdose( can actually make u worse sometimes so very individual), one shot of vodka before working out, nicotine gum (honestly the best workout friend u can take)

Actually Ashwaganda is the only legit for sleep maxing

I am debating on wether to take it in the morning to counter the stress of working out, or using it at evening as a sleeping agent

Would you recommend the latter?

I take before bed yeah and cycle off on weekends so you don’t become too tolerant

Protein powder?

Protein supps like protein powder, chain amino acids etc... in my opinion utterly worthless and doesn't do shit if you have good nutrition

It's only good if you are severly protein deficient and for some reason refuse to eat healthy food

It's not like you gain more muscle by upping protein intake, doesn't work like that

Yeah, it's for people that can't/don't want to stuff 150 g of protein in the form of meat every day so they can drink 50 and make things easier.

Actually I'm thinking I'm only take the d-vitamin during the winter time to save money

I bet it does nothing for me during summer since I always go outside every day naturally

no harm in take D supplement every once in three days, Its pretty cheap and D also helps in cardio and sleep

Im super acne prone and heard creatine fucks with your acne (probably something to do with water retention) idk if its proven but enough anecdotes to put me off it

I think the amount needed is way lower tbh, if I eat 150 g a day plus ordinary carbs I get fat lol

yea, everyones different. I have no acne.. but acne is very tied to hormones

the only time i get minor acne is when I bulk.. I think clean eating is the best for acne
