This is a proven number one supp for anyone wanting to build muscle. It gives a strength increase and enlarges the pumps and keeps you looking pumped longer.

The effect is related to strength, energy and pump. Very similar to creatine. I went off creatine and my pumps are basically like on creatine. I only took 200mg a day. Strength increase is even larger than creatine, I went up in every weight and feel more energetic. Creatine gives a very slight strength increase. Has anyone dosed this at 1000-2000mg? Fucking expensive..

This I feel lowers the cortisol substantially, it's like a very mild phenibut that just lowers anxiety a bit.
D-vitamin
According to all studies, this raises test surefire. But I can't say I feel any difference or can tell any effects from it. Just a leap of faith I guess.
What do you think? Did I miss something?
I think Tribulus, maca and protein powders are among the worst supps. Tribulus and maka makes me stressful. And protein powders don't sit well with the stomach, and I see no evidence that I gain more muscle with adding this. I rather feel bloated on a protein powdered regime.
