Although I don’t actually have SFS, I’m near it so I will ascend hard via trimax and small downgraft. My gonial angle is quite low and have a very tall ramus.

Just hardmaxxed my eye area last month, so maybe one day I will be CL, after bimax.

its not specifically that its those failos alone. its that those failos are the result of OTHER deformative traits. so if u guys do have that. ur most likely fucked

@Hide Great write up. So does someone with SFS, with wide / high cheekbones, positive cantle tilt, a good nose, and slightly-positive tilt thick eyebrows always ascend with DJS when paired with down grafting?

Those are all brutal failos but except ipd everything is fixable with not so brutal surgeries especially sfs (flat maxilla might be harder to fix) swap sfs with high gonial angle or extreme downward growth

I wouldn’t say easiest to fix you have to literally stack tens of thousands of $ to begin a multi years long path to finally get your jaw cut off your skull and bolted back together , sounds fucking excruciating if you ask me

But luckily because of how bad it is SFS victims usual ascend a while tier, fuarkk lifefuel ass results I would’ve roped if I haven’t seen these before thh, fucking different species
