Although I don’t actually have SFS, I’m near it so I will ascend hard via trimax and small downgraft. My gonial angle is quite low and have a very tall ramus.



Just need slightly taller lower third and I’m chilling

These fallos will be ranked by how difficult they are to fix and how bad it is. This is excluding deformities and rather focusing on common yet brutal fallos

1. Bad eye spacing. For obvious reasons, eye spacing is possibly the single biggest measurement. Theres two ratios, which is ICD-Pfl and ESR.

Bad eye spacing makes you seem less human. You need to either widen your pfl, shorten pfl, which currently doesnt exist apart from a whole fuckibg orbital construction, or just a simple obo

2. Nasal height fallos. Yes, a weird fallo, but a short nose is a secret dimorphism killer.

it is a neotenous trait that makes you look less man, more child. A long nose is also brutal, as it can make you seem more horseish.

The only way to truly fix is a lefort 2, and maybe a longer nose tip for short ones.


3. SFS. There is not a single chad with SFS, period. If you have SFS, 99.99% ur capped at ltn.

4. Flat maxilla. Not much explanation needed, ud look less human.

5. Severely Narrow mouth. If ur mouth is subhumanly narrow. Then even a simple communoplasty will be hard to make. Your corners are fucked, and it stands out no matter the halos.

its not specifically that its those failos alone. its that those failos are the result of OTHER deformative traits. so if u guys do have that. ur most likely fucked
