yes tretinoin is not directly anti androgen but it reduce androgen sensitivity also increase collagen alot

i have adapalene, seen it works the same just less harsh on the skin

Yes. For acne, there is a cream called "Winlevi" with clascoterone in it, which is an anti androgen.
