dumping this here before I forget.
I was reading on cock growth in rats caused by metribolone.
but there's a little issue because testosterone (not metribolone, this doesn't convert into estrogen it seems) can down regulate the expression.
to combat this I figured maybe I could prep a topical anti-estrogen, and I was initially going with aromasin, but this wouldn't work because it doesn't dissolve all that well and also doesn't penetrate the skin much.
anastrozole is a better option because it absorbs through the skin better and is water soluble.
and someone is already trying to do something similar: https://patents.google.com/patent/US11185504B2/en
okay, so.
since it dissolves readily, all you'd have to do is mix the anastrozole with propylene glycol + alcohol.
and then mix it with a PLO gel.
''Lecithin Organogel is a ready-made mixture of Lecithin and Isopropyl Palmitate. Together they are an absorption enhancer, emulsifier and a solvent. Lecithin Organogel is commonly used with Pluronic Gel 20% or 30% to form a PLO transdermal gel''
concentration would be roughly 1mgml, so if you have 100ml of it prepped you'd need 100mg of anastrozole.
don't ask me why I'm looking into this, it's not for myself.

Up-regulation of the levels of androgen receptor and its mRNA by androgens in smooth-muscle cells from rat penis - PubMed
Smooth-muscle cells cultured from the penis of sexually immature (I-PSMC) and adult (A-PSMC) rats express similar high levels of the androgen receptor (AR) mRNA. This contrasts with the marked in vivo decline of both AR mRNA and androgen binding in the penile smooth muscle of adult rats, which...

Testosterone down-regulates the levels of androgen receptor mRNA in smooth muscle cells from the rat corpora cavernosa via aromatization to estrogens - PubMed
Androgens down-regulate the levels of androgen receptors (AR) and AR mRNA in the penis and prostate of castrated rats, and are assumed to cause their decrease during sexual maturation in the penile smooth muscle of intact rats. In order to determine whether these effects occur directly at the...
