injected goes throughout your whole body and does good antioxidant stuff and also the skin stuff, topical (with dermaroller, otherwise its shit) will only do the good skin stuff to your face, no antioxidant benefit in the body

injecting is more efficient, but topical can be almost as good if done with dermaroller and consistent

Injectable goes deeper and might help more with things like muscle repair or hair growth. Injections tend to be stronger, but also come with a bit more risk (bruising, irritation, etc). Topical’s safer but milder.
