So I am on aggressive cut rn, bulked from 135 to 195, trying to cut down to 165, my face is lowk fat af, i started 2 days already down 3 lbs, i was wonder of using topical lipolysis creams on my cheeks to enhance fat reduction on my face, is this cope?

Its cope. Its unlikely to meaningfully reduce fat in targeted areas since its active ingredients (caffeine, aminophylline) can not penetrate deeply enough to reach the subcutaneous fat
