Topical Minoxidil Eyelash question.

So I just started applying topical Minoxidil to my eyebrows day + night but wanted to try it once on eyelashes carefully with a qtip, any liquid spilt I wiped softly. Is this safe and okay to continue using on eyelashes carefully?

Or maybe it'll systematically go to my eyelashes by using it only on eyebrows?

Be careful with this I used to apply topical water formulation of minoxidil, tho I did get growth it damaged the skin barrier around my eyes. I can't use it anymore and whenever I do the area around my eyes flakes hella and turns red. Topical minoxidil contains propylene glycol which is hella drying
