i have been planing and SAVING for genioplasty. Talking to surgeons doing research and all. But should I even get that? Or scrap it and save for something better? Please give opinions.

To be honest rhino is a good hardmaxx for you but you need more than that like implants ,chinwings etc and your coloring is bad too try to remover darkness from your lips it looks bad
