Tounge posture

I always found it hard to remain perfect tongue posture

Whenever I engage my lower third of my tounge, I just simply can’t breathe and I can only do 1.5-2/3 of my tounge

Any help or tips?

you should be breathing if you do it correctly, dont block your airway with your tongue just rest it on the top of your mouth

When I do a chin tuck it supposedly does it correctly and I can’t breathe when that happens brah

the correct way is to just lift the entire tongue to fit the top of your palate, but dont push it too backwards to the point where its obstructing your airway

It doesn’t work literally when I put it all up my airway is blocked

dont lift the innermost part of the tongue in the airway, posture cant be optimal if it doesnt let you breathe
