Should I be tracking cals at 14 or should I just be eating as clean as possible without tracking it. I already do eat clean while tracking cals but I have been getting more hungrier which is prob cause I have just started puberty so what’s are yall thoughts?

Tracking calories is pure idiocy and an anxiety buffer, if you don’t have a bodybuilding comp or anything as such it’s useless. I just suggest that you continue eating clean and getting in your macronutrients :feelsyay:

No bro that’s just going to promote fatuous anxiety, and a sense of duty to do it. Genuinely just eat grass fed meat fruits regenerative A2 grass fed dairy in a surplus to get a more pronounced puberty outcome

Your 14. Eating enough and also high protein (would recommend 1,8-2g for every kg bw) and good fats (would go for 65-100g) )is probably one of the most important factors for your development. Try learning more about calories and what your body needs and then start tracking. // I wouldn't recommend a deficit for you because you're still growing I would just stay in mainentence or in a 100-300 calorie surplus. xD
