Traditional Braces am i cooked?

Hello everyone and as the title suggest i just got them and didn't know damon braces were better i want to know your guys opinions also should i say anything to my orthodontist to avoid making my jaw move back or ask if i can get a marpe or smth (sorry for bad english)

shit unfortunately i cant change my braces can i just avoid getting rubber bands put on them or tooth extractions? will that have the results as damon braces?

yes make sure to larp to your orthodonist also try to get marpe or facepulling gear whatever you need if you cant get facepulling from your orth u can just buy ts on ebay
