Trained my neck so hard with heavy curls now I got soreness that is mild pain

Also did about 1 hour of running today

And did pain tolerance training by burning my hands

another day another successful training session. tomorrow is brutal push day coupled with knuckle conditioning
 
What beck training do you do?

I do wrestlers bridges

i want to do that but i want to be able to rep 75lbs first on neck curls to safely do it since i am taller

just basic neck curls with plate on head right now
