Training legs to improve libido?

any 1 else here consistently train legs and get a huge libido boost from it ? i haven’t trained legs since months ago , around the same time my libido started dropping
 
my libido increased when i started walking 5k+ steps a day

Also started taking 5000mg of ashwaghanda & 3000mg of maca
I cycled ashwagandha for sleep last year when i had insomnia and it gave me morning wood

this year i sleep well and i get morning wood every morning without any supps, lmk if maca works tho i wanna try it for a while

But in the long term theres nothing better than sleeping before 12 for your dick, prefrably 10-10:30 pm max

I literally wake up hard every morning, just started working out as well and my recovery is very good
