I only train muscles that actually effect your frame. By effect, not grow it. But fraud it

Frame is mostly these things:

Clavicles
Scapula
Ribcage
Wrists/hand

And what I do is train the muscles that surround those bones

All 3 delts
Lats
Teres major
Forearms

And neck for facial aesthetics. Everything else is cope

i was like this and its honestly retarded. its better to train your upper body as a whole, being skinny and having delts is giga cope, will look dyel all the fucking time
