2x a week upper body in gym

and every two day perfectly timed with the days you go to the gym

You hit some neck curls and lateral raises at home

Thats what im doing

you have the full upper body and a lot of focus for shoulders and neck

Excluding legs:
Neck and traps is too heavy at the very top of your physique
Balance it out with abs and arms

Most aesthetic would be neck, shoulders, chest, arms

I don't know.
I can't see their arms. But from Chest up, it looks ideal. Could be slightly wider in shoulder width, so the neck to shoulder ratio is better.

What also helps perceived neck to shoulder ratio is less developed traps.
The wider your shoulder width, the more overdeveloped traps (+ neck), you can afford
