Training split advice

Can someone give me a training split/recommend me things about making my own to get the best male dimorphism, heard fullbody was a great option
 
Dimorphism has to do with genetics

full body is so ass once u get to a decent level of strength

well got any a good fullbody workout that prioritize shoulders, back and chest?
If you want muscle growth prioritize sleep and count daily protein intake. Training split doesn’t matter as long as there’s muscle activation.

doesnt really matter which you do. upper lower is great as well but also depends how much time you have throughout the day. :feelshah:
