I have fairly bad facial symmetry caused by nerve damage to my left side as an infant. As I was able to significantly improve muscle and nerve capabilities across the rest of my left side just by doing exercises when I was growing up, I was wondering whether it would be possible to do the same with my face. If so, where could I find materials related to exercises I could do to lessen the issue, or is it over?

Doubt it'd have a big impact; surgery is the only option, although I don't condone or promote procedures, you're a special case:feelsmage:

u can cause improvement, just learn the relevant muscles and try to engage them. it would be beneficial if u could show ur picture but it pretty much to me sounds like u need to hypertrophy those muscles.

this isnt a great pic, camera was a bit close and i broke out a few weeks prior, but it shows the issue i have quite well. my left side muscles are lax and droop down, not only making my face uneven but making me look bloated as well.
