I would not recommend chewing.

Masseters really create the WRONG look on your jaw. It is hard to explain until you get it. But in general, your ramus becomes rounded and you look bloated. Yes, it gives you an illusion of a wider jaw. But it also gives an illusion of you BEING BLOATED as fuck.

I literally doing botox into masseters for a while to get rid of this shit, because I want hollow cheeks. With big masseters it is impossible to do. And in photos, your face looks bloated (repeated 3 times).

Instead, fillers are the legit BEST solution. Unless you need TOO much jaw projection. If the question is in CM not MM, then you should start saving for implants.

Edit. Checked your photos. Your jaw from profile is actually quite strong. In fact, the shape and strength better than 75% population.

You have it narrow? you need to show also anteface. It is not clear how wide your jaw is.

However, your chin is huge. idk how your front looks, but you might be one of those cases, where you actually need to shave off your chin partly, if it is too ogrish. From profile, does not seem to match your jaw at all.

But anyways, all your desires can be done with fillers since you already have a good base.

From the picture, your main issue is your long midface.

But your chin seems good.

You jaw is indeed very narrow. But I think in your case it is no brainer - the only solution is jaw fillers.

I do not think any type of operation can help you really. You need a consultation from some dermatologist specializing in aesthetics.

I get you but if masseters are low-set then it’s fine. Your post mostly applies to high-set masseters.

I thought it all depends on how "lucky" you are. Some very rare people get masseter swelling in the lower head of the muscle, and it bloats "only" the jawline. but in most cases including mine, it bloats everything up to my cheekbones, which surprisingly are HIGH set. But it does not save me

I just want to say, that NEVER EVER DO ANY SUERGERY, until you tried nonsurgical approaches that DO WORK. And fillers is one of the cases, where the injectable is MORE SUPERIOR than THE IMPLANT. Literally.

Implants cannot do AS WELL AS fillers for the jawline, and cheeks. And a lot of other things. So idk. Do you want to mutilate yourself that much?

And finally, fillers allow you to sculpt your face slowly. It means, you come to the dermatologist, and they enhance your jaw a little bit, it will probably not be even visible. You wait two weeks. and go again. They enhance again. You wait 2 weeks. Go again. Rinse repeat until you create a perfect jawline for yourself. Then maintain.

For bones, there is not much choice. Hardest ones to simulate bone are Radiesse and Volux. Volux is HA. But both of these cause a lot of swelling. So, you should go for Voluma. Its consistency is NOT that of bone, but you really do not need this, unless you want your girls to poke you into your jaw, and ask why it does not feel like steel

Voluma is good to modify bones otherwise, lasts aroudn a year or more if you are lucky, and it can be dissolved which is the best option, in the case something goes wrong.

This is a case by case basis thing. Some peoples masseters will look bad big. Mine personally look better big. If your under 25, chewing hard shit (i use a thick rubber resistance band for example) for an extra 20 minutes a day *could* help stimulate bone growth (note: potentially good results will only come with maxed hormonal therapy)

Idk what side/chinwing is. It's unavailable to get in Russia. Only fillers and implants. They are pretty cheap to compared with Western countries

yeah, i'll get fillers for sure. It's must in my case. I'll go to the doc for consult about implants. Maybe he would give me advice.

I use only test and HGH. I keep an eye on my balding, hence consider to using RU and finasteride. I have no side effects from fin. Supposedly RU is safe as well.

Frankly speaking, I do not think your face justifies breaking your skull... Yeah, sure, you will not be Chad.. but why do you want it? You can be as successful as Chad with women just being HTN, and upping your status/money/friend circles/a lot of tangent factors. In short, just do not be an autist. Sure, it would require jumping a few more hoops, but do not forget that any serious surgery can not only ascend you, but also mutilate you.
