well it depends on what you mean big nose,if you have visible pores and acne the nose looking bigger ,also if you have blinde pimples the nose seems swollen,tret will exfoliate those and in long term use will make your skin to heal,so nose appearnce will appear slimmer,but if you have a big nose (not swollen from acne) like crooked or something then no it continues to be big ,only rhino will solve the problem
