Trying to achieve 'Positive Canthal Tilt' with PCL Threads

My plan: Im basically gonna try to pin the bidirectional cog vertically like 0.5 inch away from eye down to the (zygo). And im just gonna pull the canthus to get a 'pct'

But i dont know what the ideal needle would be, (?) mm and (?) g

they're insanely thick, you feel them through the skin so if you fuck up you end up with a bump and the needle for it is like stabbing yourself with a dildo.

there are thinner version of the cogs i think its gonna be good u can also just use a numbing cream so it wouldnt be very painful

Totally cope, I put 40 PDO Screw under my eyes, even though it's the thinnest part of the skin, no change at all
