This is basically all the acne/scarring I have now, as I eat clean, but I still want it to be like perfect. What should I apply/dose to fix it? Would topical Tret do anything orrr???

Oral Isotret, topical tret kinda works but wont lower imflammation as much which makes it inferior and obsolete

Some microneedling and subsicion as well for the scarring could be beneficial when to acne is gone

It's active acne, not scarring. You don't seem to have any scarring.

He has no pitted scars that would require subcision.
Maybe some hyperpigmentation or PIE at best.

A red spot does not mean he is going to have extreme atrophic scarring.
I don't think you understand how severe your acne has to be to have pitted scars that would require subcision.

The 3rd pic is of the scars, maybe not deep pitted but there’s dark spots where acne used to be

Again, that's PIE or hyperpigmentation. That is not pitted scarring.
Subcision is where you use a needle to detach the inside of the skin from whatever is pulling it down e.g., scar tissue, causing the 'pitted' appearance.
If you genuinely recommend subcision for this guy, then you have literally zero clue.

I'm going on 20mg pretty soon. 10mg will work, but 20mg is of course more effective without having to get bloodwork done.
Dawg u sure I can js start taking up to 20mg without getting blood work done?

Well, judge it by your weight and lifestyle.
I'm 65kg, 20mg won't be too detrimental to me.
Also, don't do shit that'll stress your liver. Drinking has to go out the window.
Increase your fat intake, that ensures that your lipids will be fine.
