Tret Vs Hydrocortisone for shrinking nose

Seen a lot of people saying these two help with shrinking, but I haven’t seen a comparison of which works better.

• Tretinoin works better for actually shrinking bumps long-term because it treats the cause (clogged pores).
• Hydrocortisone only reduces redness and swelling temporarily and isn’t good for regular use, especially on the face.
  
  So tret is way better for this problem
