Just Better skin honestly and I just want to get rid of that Tretinonin purge acne with isotret n maybe get a slimmer nose if my doasge could do that (going for isotret 10mgs)

has azelaic benefitted u? I feel like changing to 0.1 tret ( did u mean 0.05?). It def speeds up skin uhh production
