You're supposed to start off on the weakest concentration (0.025%) and when your skin adapts (this could take months) go up to 0.05% and then when your skin adjusts top that go up to 0.1%. Obviously you should only go up in strength if your skin is still experiencing issues, 0.025% does the trick for some people while some others will still have pretty bad acne on strengths such as 0.1% (although rare). Then you would switch to a stronger retinoid such as tazerotene but that would be unlikely to be necessary.

I got 0.05% to start with because that's all that was available to me at the time but that is definately not suggested or the proepr way to go about using tetinoin.

If you arent making a large IndiaMART order I'd suggest getting yours off of amazon (you can do it wihtout a perscription) because it will copst less in total becayuse of the cheaper shipping than IndiaMART orders have.
