Tretinoin is fantastic for acne, typically mild and moderate. Accutane is unreal for cystic, severe acne.

Tretinoin is a bit more versatile. Skin texture, fine lines, pigmentation, etc.

I will say, avoid any retinoid if on accutane however. Accutane is aggressive enough.
