I'm on tret and I took a 1 week break.
I instantly looked younger and better. When on tret, my undereye fat pads and slight naso folds increase to subhuman levels. Even after avoiding the ares religiously.
So WHILE ON IT, you may look worse, after stopping everything goes back to normal and fat pads recover fully.

I haven’t even see a single before and after picture suggesting that application not directly into the eye has negative side effects beyond darker pigmentation. It’s usually just coping women on Reddit who can’t handle the fact they are ageing so blame it on something else. This convinces them their descending looks is reversible with something as simple as fat grafts.
