Tretinoin + microneedling?

I want to start taking tret and also mixroneedling but can i do both of them at the same time like not at the same moment but lets say i do microneedling and 3 days later i apply tret.

1. Isotretnoin 20mg per week which helps regulate oil production he mentions this in his post and this has been proven in many studies to be effective tret 2-3X a week in just the cherry on top
2. Tret and microneedling im not sure about the logic but he has done it and seen amazing results
