tretinoin problem

Got pretty burnt on vacation, applied tret one night and i wake up with these tiny yellow bumps like blisters.

Obviously its from the tret, im a retard for not wearing sunscreen. How do i get rid of them fast tho, stop using tret? aloe vera? im lost broooo i need em gone.

stopped cleansing a month ago and skins been fine so might as well stop
