Tretinoin Routine

My 0.025 Tret gets here in a few days and I want some advice on the routine I'm going to do, I'm planning on using it 1x a week for one week, 2x a week for two weeks, 3x a week for three weeks and then from there every second day. Every morning I'll use suncreen and I'll apply the tret after I shower. Before and after I apply the tret ill use a moisturizer, sandwich method.

Any improvements or other products I should be using? help apprechiated

Start with 2x a week, 0,025% is mild. You can use a sandwich method. You apply tretinoin in the night, not in the morning.

Use Cicaplast baume b5 by La Roche as a moisturizer when at home.

No point honestly. Ramping up usage prolongs the side effects. Just thug it out doing it 1-2x every day and moisturize. Take a day off if it’s really bad, but the side effects should go away after an 1-3 weeks.

Also be careful for the week 6-7 breakouts, that stage is fucking brutal ngl
