If someone takes it at 23, the age where collagen starts to drop, will he look less than 30 until 50/55 ?

And if he stops for a year, at 35, will he lose everything and look actually 35 ?
If someone takes it at 40, will this person looks not more than 37/38 at minimum ?

It just makes me break out

There is a cost for it
Thinking about putting sunscreen every hour, going in the shade if you can
Using a sunscreen that is invisible, cost a lot

Will you actually look 25 at 40, I doubt
There is something more than collagen when you age I think

Stress (mental)
Stress (physical and oxidative stress)
Lack of excercise
Photodamage (too much exposure to sun with no sunscreen)
Bad diet that causes skin glycation (high sugar, high wheat, low protein)
Chronic lack of sleep

If you can eliminate all of them like Tom Cruise you can look 25 at 40. 99,99% of men on the planet can't

The only thing that could fuck up my skin is prob stress
What's the problem with wheat also ?

High wheat is bad? Over for me. I can't eat rice because it breaks me out. Wholewheat pasta is my go to source of carbs as a gymcel now because it keeps skin clear.

Fuck nawl

It’s amazing how so many people here cope with tret

It’s like how normies say just get a haircut and go to the gym.

Black pill site btw

I forgot alcohol. Also radically causes skin glycation. Which is why many alcoholics at age 35 look like they're 55.
(Same with tobacco smoke - but I assume nearly nobody here is dumb enough to smoke cigarettes)

Wheat is also fine if you work out heavily after consuming it. Consuming it on offdays or consuming & not working out at all is the reason why third world people look like they're age 40 at age 25.

If you consume wheat or even sugar right before a heavy workout or physical excercise, it wont accumulate into your body.
It gets used up as energy instantly.

Regular physical activity can inhibit the glycation of proteins and circulating existing AGEs. As a 2015 study from Nutrition found, exercise alone won't create these changes since the role diet plays is much more effective in reducing the formation of reaction products. However, working out boosts the effectiveness of a low-AGE diet.

From the article:

"Adopting an anti-AGE diet that's rich in antioxidants and vitamins may be the most significant step you take in halting protein glycation and damage of vascular cells. Per a 1997 study helmed by Theodore Koschinsky, Ci-Jiang He, Tomoko Mitsuhashi, and Richard Bucala, diet-based AGEs are only partially eliminated via urine and otherwise remain in the bloodstream.

Such a diet may include low-AGE, low-glycemic foods like fruits, vegetables, fish, and whole grains. Reducing sugars will aid in preventing inflammation, limiting diabetic complications, and lessen your risk for Alzheimer's disease, high blood pressure, and other diseases.

Food preparation is also key in limiting the accumulation of AGEs. Frying, grilling, or broiling food creates unstable, non-enzymatic bonds between sugars and free amino groups that result in AGE formation (known as Amadori Products). Instead, forego cooking methods that rely on high temperatures take the "low and slow" approach by boiling, steaming, or stewing your food.

Find a nutritionist or dietician who can help you come up with an easy-to-follow meal plan. If you're diabetic or have a family history of the disease, work with your doctor on preparing a menu that is tailored for diabetes care."

The whole grain pasta I eat has a glycemic index of 40, which is low. My diet is also rich in fruit ( e.g. berries), veg (e.g. broccoli, sweet potatoes and carrots) and I eat fish semi-regularly. Hopefully it is fine.

Tret pays off in the long run, while using sun screen every 1 hour when outside

Great thread. I think building your mentality around stress reduction is also important. Some people are very stress resistant and low in neuroticism. They hardly ever get wound up or worried over anything. I think this is important as two people working the same high stress job won't necessarily age the same if they have two different mental approaches. Physical stress is altogether a different thing, but regular exercise and healthy diet should do well to help.

Absorb stress. Learn to not worry so much.

Time also goes faster as you get older since there are less new experiences. It is important to always keep studying something, bet it a language or a creative hobby like learning how to draw, and to experience new things. Have you noticed how slowly time goes in a packed day full of things you wouldn't normally do, like visiting a new city? Always cultivate new, positive experiences. Most people lose track of time since they're in the same grind. They also become unbearably boring.

Simple, but high-quality post.

Spamming uninformed opinions in light of thousands of various studies proving otherwise is a cope. If you're content wasting away, so be it. This website isn't for you. The name of this forum should suggest the ultimate purpose of this place. LDAR if you desire.

Just saw people saying on websites that tret/retin A shorten the telomeres ?
Is it true ?
It would mean that tret is just something that make you young only in the "short run"

I use retinol. I'm curious even though it sounds like bullshit.

Is it something that can cause damage to DNA ? Someone should do an experiment on this and see how it goes
Anyway this women used tret since 22 and is now 40 and still looks in her mid 20s (even though her neck and her clothes makes her look actually 35 lol)
I would like to see what would happen if she stops

Looks like she’s in her early 30s. Def not mid 20s.

That's why I always put sunscreen on my neck, both front and back, too. I'll sometimes moisturize it as well.

Women lose collagen faster, IMHO she looks good for her age. There are girls aged 22 that look older than her.

I agree she looks good for her age but it’s nothing mind-blowing. Btw my oneitis looks older than her age apparently from what I hear. Is that why?

Probably. Women also use loads of makeup, I think that too reduces skin quality in long term. Woman in the video would look better if she had more sex appeal by looking like a youthful milf t b h.

I think my oneitis is one of the few women who didn’t wear makeup. Yet still looks older than her age. Either it’s the lack of makeup that makes her look older or she would look even older if she wore makeup. What is your opinion?

No, it doesn’t stop aging, but makes your skin quality better

Does she drink or smoke? Workout? Drink enough water? What's her diet like? Has a lot of sun exposure? Is she British?

Lots of things could cause it.

@Nims

This guy knows everything.

She’s Islamic. South Asian. Gets enough sun exposure I think. Not sure about diet though. Don’t know if she works out either. It’s probably just genetics.
