If someone takes it at 23, the age where collagen starts to drop, will he look less than 30 until 50/55 ?

There is a cost for ityeah bro think basic. just use tret. but watch out for sun, definetly use spf
use japanese spfThere is a cost for it
Thinking about putting sunscreen every hour, going in the shade if you can
Using a sunscreen that is invisible, cost a lot

Stress (mental)Will you actually look 25 at 40, I doubt
There is something more than collagen when you age I think
Over for incelsStress (mental)
The only thing that could fuck up my skin is prob stressStress (mental)
Stress (physical and oxidative stress)
Lack of excercise
Photodamage (too much exposure to sun with no sunscreen)
Bad diet that causes skin glycation (high sugar, high wheat, low protein)
Chronic lack of sleep
If you can eliminate all of them like Tom Cruise you can look 25 at 40. 99,99% of men on the planet can't
High wheat is bad? Over for me. I can't eat rice because it breaks me out. Wholewheat pasta is my go to source of carbs as a gymcel now because it keeps skin clear.Stress (mental)

Regular physical activity can inhibit the glycation of proteins and circulating existing AGEs. As a 2015 study from Nutrition found, exercise alone won't create these changes since the role diet plays is much more effective in reducing the formation of reaction products. However, working out boosts the effectiveness of a low-AGE diet.

What Is Glycation and How Can It Age Your Skin?
Certain foods contribute to what's known as glycation and it can significantly impact your well-being. In this article, we'll break down the glycation process, how it affects your skin (plus the rest of your body), and what you can do to make more wholistic choices to keep yourself healthy...yora.com
I forgot alcohol. Also radically causes skin glycation. Which is why many alcoholics at age 35 look like they're 55.
(Same with tobacco smoke - but I assume nearly nobody here is dumb enough to smoke cigarettes)
Wheat is also fine if you work out heavily after consuming it. Consuming it on offdays or consuming & not working out at all is the reason why third world people look like they're age 40 at age 25.
If you consume wheat or even sugar right before a heavy workout or physical excercise, it wont accumulate into your body.
It gets used up as energy instantly.
Tret pays off in the long run, while using sun screen every 1 hour when outsideStress (mental)

Simple, but high-quality post.Great thread. I think building your mentality around stress reduction is also important. Some people are very stress resistant and low in neuroticism. They hardly ever get wound up or worried over anything. I think this is important as two people working the same high stress job won't necessarily age the same if they have two different mental approaches. Physical stress is altogether a different thing, but regular exercise and healthy diet should do well to help.
Absorb stress. Learn to not worry so much.
Time also goes faster as you get older since there are less new experiences. It is important to always keep studying something, bet it a language or a creative hobby like learning how to draw, and to experience new things. Have you noticed how slowly time goes in a packed day full of things you wouldn't normally do, like visiting a new city? Always cultivate new, positive experiences. Most people lose track of time since they're in the same grind. They also become unbearably boring.
Spamming uninformed opinions in light of thousands of various studies proving otherwise is a cope. If you're content wasting away, so be it. This website isn't for you. The name of this forum should suggest the ultimate purpose of this place. LDAR if you desire.tret is cope, if you have shit aging genetics then you have shit aging genetics.
I use retinol. I'm curious even though it sounds like bullshit.Just saw people saying on websites that tret/retin A shorten the telomeres ?
Is it true ?
It would mean that tret is just something that make you young only in the "short run"
Is it something that can cause damage to DNA ? Someone should do an experiment on this and see how it goesI use retinol. I'm curious even though it sounds like bullshit.

Anyway this women used tret since 22 and is now 40 and still looks in her mid 20s (even though her neck and her clothes makes her look actually 35 lol)
I would like to see what would happen if she stops

Women lose collagen faster, IMHO she looks good for her age. There are girls aged 22 that look older than her.Looks like she’s in her early 30s. Def not mid 20s.
I agree she looks good for her age but it’s nothing mind-blowing. Btw my oneitis looks older than her age apparently from what I hear. Is that why? That's why I always put sunscreen on my neck, both front and back, too. I'll sometimes moisturize it as well.

Probably. Women also use loads of makeup, I think that too reduces skin quality in long term. Woman in the video would look better if she had more sex appeal by looking like a youthful milf t b h.I agree she looks good for her age but it’s nothing mind-blowing. I think my oneitis is one of the few women who didn’t wear makeup. Yet still looks older than her age. Either it’s the lack of makeup that makes her look older or she would look even older if she wore makeup. What is your opinion?Probably. Does she drink or smoke? Workout? Drink enough water? What's her diet like? Has a lot of sun exposure? Is she British?I think my oneitis is one of the few women who didn’t wear makeup. She’s Islamic. South Asian. Gets enough sun exposure I think. Not sure about diet though. Don’t know if she works out either. It’s probably just genetics.Does she drink or smoke? Workout? Drink enough water? What's her diet like? Has a lot of sun exposure? Is she British?
Lots of things could cause it.
