Tretinoin + Topical Minoxidil

Apparently applying a low dose of tretinoin on your scalp 15 mins before applying topical minoxidil will turn non responders into responders? I myself have not responded to topical minoxidil by itself and was on oral minoxidil but that shit bloats me. I am also currently on dutasteride. Does anyone have experience with tretinoin + topical minoxidil? Thoughts?
