Soft tissue plays a crucial role in looks. I'm planning to get some procedures for it, but injecting fat to mimic hard tissue like bones, I don't think it's a good thing.
On a serious note then you should look into Pagnoni, Burak, Comert, perhaps Ramieri but he won’t go aggressive with the projection, and Alfi would likely over advance/ dogmaxx you. Giant is a designer not a surgeon and works with the first 4 guys, you can find some of his results on here, on Burak’s instagram, follow the Timothy Haireth case (seems like he needs a small revision to fix his bite) etc
Thanks for your helpful recommendation, and yea most probably i'll do the trimax in Turkey with one of the four guys you mentioned, cuz I think getting it in the USA is more money and literally no difference than Turkey in terms of results. I want as much projection that can improve my looks and doesn't make me look like a horse, also a downgraft for the maxilla to increase the midface length.

Is this a bad indicator and a thing to concern. Also is getting surgery planned by Giant worth the trust?
