Maxilla 4.5mm downgraft, and ~4.4mm advancement but there were some last minute changes so not certain on the advancement

Mandible approximately 9mm and 11mm (correcting asymmetry)

Genioplasty I think like 6mm down and 2mm forward (I’m looking at screenshots from one of my consultations to figure this out and the numbers are all pasted on top of each other)

The maxilla downgraft and mandible advancement are the numbers I’m certain on

However I have actually just started taking test for the first time in my life, literally just TRT doses for now because I did bloods twice natty and my free T was right at the bottom of the normal range. I’m doing this for the mental benefits more than anything.

But I’m probably going to run some cycles soon. I know mass monsters are grotesque but I want more size to compensate for lack of frame.

I did his implate which is custom. Just swollen af atm, but overall looks like he nailed it. Occlusion is as planned and chin looks like its in the correct position

genio was custom as well. I was originally going to do non custom plates but then I wanted to do implate, which meant I had to pay the custom fee (+ implate fee) so genio was custom too.

I'll say it again though, great hardmaxxing ascension. The SFS cases always have the best frontal & side ascensions with Trimax.

Consult Pagnoni, Ramieri, Raffani, etc. You don't need to stick with your local surgeon that may botch you anyways

But i'm not sure about implants so many get dehiscence and stuff even cases on ramieri pages have it if you have a good eye you can see it but it's design related you can easily avoid it without that overflared gonion at the end i think, the problem is that he doesn't do the design so you have such limited control over it.

Im fairly lean def in the 12-15 body fat range

dehiscence is a risk you'll have to accept if you want to ascend, and if you pick the right surgeon the risk will be relatively low

considering Ramieri has denied you, your case is nothing like OP. Trimax only ascended OP as hard as it did because he had SFS which has a high ceiling of improvement for both frontal and side profile. It will be entirely different for you, you likely have normal range facial growth, orthodontic surgery will not make nearly as much of an impact if at all.

People often say you need to pair a bimax like this with zygo implants so the cheekbones don't look left behind but your outcome proves it's not always necessary

Yes

Well technically it’s half and half. I’ve never heard of this happening before but my custom plates didn’t fit properly, so Ramieri used them I think on the maxilla only and then with how things were looking he opted to advance the mandible a bit more than what was actually planned, but I think this was for the best.

ye i'm not sure if to waste money on them tbh in the end the it's all about how your soft tissue react on surgery table they're not reliable all the times , anyway great ascension

Yeah was in ratings I think with full face so I deleted to maintain a degree of anonymity.

And I wanted to share now because I think the results are now fully realised after time and fat loss.

I did have some ramus widening but very little I believe about 1-2mm or so based on what he said in the consultation.

My bigonial width is still subpar tbh but it’s a more minor flaw compared to what I have addressed with the trimax.

I had done orthodontics prior to surgery though not intended as surgery prep.
