From UK, spent €21k + a few hundred on meds and tests + accom/flights + £4.5k on ortho

I think I was 24 in the before pics, 26 in the after

Had the surgery in Rome where Ramieri is based

dehiscence is a risk you'll have to accept if you want to ascend, and if you pick the right surgeon the risk will be relatively low

considering Ramieri has denied you, your case is nothing like OP. Trimax only ascended OP as hard as it did because he had SFS which has a high ceiling of improvement for both frontal and side profile. It will be entirely different for you, you likely have normal range facial growth, orthodontic surgery will not make nearly as much of an impact if at all.

What about somebody with LFS from downgrowth?
Salludon for example had it:

Was also the only one to have gone from MTN to Terrachad I'm surprised not a lot of people talk about how downgrown Salludon was. How did he fix this? @Dastan goes into something similar in this thread...

Stayed 2 weeks in italy after surgery in case of infection.

Was off work for a month I think, but all paid sick leave for me. Could’ve started back way sooner really as I work remotely. Basically couldn’t speak properly for maybe a couple of weeks. About two months to speak clearly with no lisp (this is all due to swelling).

Yep, and the surgery would’ve been only €15k if I I didn’t have custom plates. Includes all hospital fees, etc, but not pre and post scans, or post-op meds. That should be less than €1k altogether though.

I believe he had overbite malocclusion class 2 with recessed short lower third clearly visible on X Ray and profile photo. Just like me.

Just from browsing on here I discovered short face syndrome and realised I had that, and I saw bimax results where it had been addressed.

Just a random local one.

I had to ask around, several wouldn’t take my case as I was post-surgery and normally with jaw surgery the ortho is involved from the start and communicates with the surgeon.

They were being high-inhib over cautious here though. As I was a few months post-surgery, there was no need to communicate with Ramieri, I just needed them to address my occlusion as they would with any patient.
