hey, ik my side is not ideal and i dont want to touch my nose even if its big, I’m going to have the marpe in september, I know it can be good for your maxilla but not like a Lefort. Mandibular osteomy + genio are already planned, do u think i have to add the maxilla surgery too ? Here its my side actually and 2 morphed pictures do u think it’s possible to be like this after the surgery ? Thx
