Trimax or bsso+genio surgery whats best for me ?

I was wondering if I need a trimax( lefort-bsso-genio) or a bsso+genio or just a genio.
I mouth breathed most of my life, because of my bad allergies. Its only been 2 years since i switched. I am 18 now and i think my body is done growing. I have a couple of problems,
1 is that I have a recessed Chin and 2 I have overbite/overjet. I don’t only want it to accesend because I have Some difiuclties. But ofcourse there Some benefits to my Side profile. I had a Mse and Braces when I was younger but my lower jaw never went forward. So its my bones. Where I am from it will likely fall under insurance because I have Some problems because of it. I don’t think my Maxilla is that recessed my nose projection is good but I am scared if I get a lefort it wil fuck it up. My infras are a bit recessed so I have dark circels maybe it can fix that. Let me know what yall think. I will also try to get a good surgeon. How many milimeters does my Chin need to come forward for a great Side profile. Because of the reccesion my ramus is also pretty wrak on Photos.
