genio honestly might not even be needed, really depends if your lower third height is bad enough where a genio will help it, but otherwise a bimax is all you probably need, but another picture with normal posture will help

Here is a better photo to judge off of, just lots of asymmetry, crossbite, and my posture makes it seem like I’m not recessed when I am because I’ve just gotten so used to holding this posture to look better.

Ik what your thinking bro and I get it’s not good roi for me, but it will still fix a lot of things im not going for “the best surgery” im going for as close to perfection as i can get and i think bimax is necessary and i intend on having many other surgeries as well, i just think a slight 4-6mm advancement and CCW rotation with a genio is the best route without leaving things unfinished.

Would be nice if clinical photos used ordinary head posture and we had a lateral ceph with the full facial structure, including nasion.

Looks like I prejudged but notwithstanding that, outside the side profile, the asymmetry and crossbite are incredibly mild. Frontal view looks decent.

I understand that lmao, I’m getting other surgeries as well. Bimax is just necessary to fix my bite, CC rotation, narrow palate (segmental lefort) and asymmetry I know other surgeries are higher roi for me, but I’m trying to get as perfect as I possibly can be and I don’t want to leave these problems only bimax can fix.

Trimax would fix a lot of my failos and would not sink 3-4 years of my prime like 6 months max, and I’m doing well financially but I do get where you are coming from, if you scroll up on my post I posted pictures of myself a year n a half ago extremely recessed I just have better posture now my bone structure is still fucked and honestly I think my CC rotation, asymmetry and lack of forward projection is my biggest failo besides my eye area which I plan on getting done in the same procedure as my trimax

Be wary of the fact that you're risking permanent nerve damage for basically a moderate side profile change.

Your crossbite is mild enough to address with orthodontics, imo. The midline is barely off; literally imperceptible to the average person.

Why would I give a fuck about nerve damage? All I care about it looking better, and I also have a narrow smile which a segmental lefort would fix orthodontics wouldn’t, and then on top of that all the other problems I mentioned could be fixed as well, and not to mention I do seriously have sleep apnea but that’s not why I’m getting the surgery it doesn’t affect my quality of life and money is not a problem for me right now the cost of jaw surgery would not put me in a financial crisis at all.

A lot of people are fearing bimax now because of Timmothy but look at brae he’s recovering just fine also Timmothy had a revision, recovery really isn’t that brutal from bimax there’s a shit load of things u can do to reduce the swelling and you’ll look normal in 4 months with still some swelling but not to the point where you can’t go out in public

I think he is recessed enough in both jaws that it would be really good for his angularity, not to mention candid/motion, people see you from some sort of 3/4th profile almost as much as the front as well

But again it is impossible to make a verdict without scans

Slightly narrow but within average range. A 10-12 tooth smile is one tangible benefit to be had from this whole thing imo.

Can't say I'd opt for trimax in your shoes and I think you're cavalier about the risks, but to each his own.
