Trimax surgery

Hello guys, i talked with my ortho and she said that shes planning my surgery, Im getting Sarpe + trimax due to my underbite and maxilla recession covered by insurance, do yall think it would be possible to get CCW Rotation with it also? it would ascend me so hard ngl. If so, What should i do to get Trimax with CCW Rotation? im planning to ask my ortho for it and maybe surgeon too.

Will receive scans soon, i will ask them if its possible too. if not i could just pay them extra money and they would be happy to do it.
