dont talk on a subject if you make braindead claims like this
due to testicular atrophy the testes may be unable to respond to signals after years of dormancy
through HPG axis suppression the brain's signalling pathway may be too suppressed to restart fully

id advise you look into it yourself and read studies instead of parroting
thats why I asked it here

also show me a study thats about getting a TRT prescription after being on test for years, it doesn't exsist because the question is just a theory

by your signature i can tell your retarded

you completely missed the point
i want you to tell me what you believe post cycle therapy does

it depends how long you were on TRT for
if we assume 1 year, it might be possible with rigorous PCT and doctor supervision
2 years is like the tipping point after that u probably wont recover, it's permanent

after a couple of months PCT might do something but after years on test it will do shit

your test on PCT after years on test would be like a 12 year old boy

and where did you source this information from?

PCT IS insufficient for men who have used testosterone for a long time, the medication only addresses the brain's signaling, not the physical condition of the testes. PCT drugs like Clomiphene or Tamoxifen work by stimulating the pituitary gland to release the hormones LH and FSH that tell the body to produce testosterone. This lack of activity often leads to a physical breakdown of the Leydig cells, which are the cells responsible for testosterone production. This process can include ATROPHY or the development of scar tissue within the organ.

None of these studies back up your claims

you simply pulled the 1 and 2 years timeline out of your ass and listed studies that dont even back up ur claims lmfao.
The 2023 review literally says that there is near complete recovery of testosterone over months and that testicular volume recovers over months to years. The Rasmussen study says 27% of former users had low T years later. so 73% didn't lol. And that study even says that only 3.3% were severely below norm.

it also funny how this doesnt matter at all if you use hcg while roiding.

while clinical studies show that the majority of men eventually return to a medical reference range this statistical recovery often masks a permanent loss in physiological capacity because a 27% failure rate is a significant risk and even those who scrape back into the normal range frequently show suppressed insl3 levels indicating that the leydig cells have been permanently downgraded despite a restart in signaling ultimately hitting the bottom of a lab range is not the same as restoring the functional health a man had before suppression meaning pct can successfully restart the system without ever truly returning it to its original performance

Why are you moving the goalpost? insl3 is a diff topic and even if you wanna switch over to that why are you ignoring my hcg comment?

Tbh dizzle is right ngl

I believe if u cruise on testosterone lets say at 200-250mg/weekly for a year or two u can still pct and be back to normal or almost’to normal, especially if ur using hcg during your cycle
