He is capped by his eye area, but luckily he doesn't have a narrow ipd so he doesn't need lefort 3. If he was blackpilled he would get those implants.

SARPE only expands the lower part of the maxilla and barely has any aesthetic effect, apart from wider smile and maybe little bit wider lips.

I mean this is only BIMAX, what more can you expect from it? He got much better side profile and got into normie category (from his lower third only), which is huge for him.
But to really ascend you need jaw implants or wraparound on top of BIMAX.
