Good day and best greetings to all of you, dear Looksmax community.

For someone like me, an old man with various abnormalities, the game of life is over. To the people on the street, I am already a grandfather with gray hair and a cane.

Some call me uncle or "Habibi" and blow me a kiss, but that only comes from other men.

Maybe I can share some information so that others don't make the same mistakes as me and can therefore enjoy their life to the fullest. After all, there are many young adolescents here who are still growing (meant in a positive sense, not in a negative way).

I wanted to write and publish this post last year, but I wasn't sure if this website was the right place for it. Simply because many see surgery as the only solution, everything else is nonsense and doesn't work.

I would like to apologize very much to everyone that it took so long. It was certainly not my intention to keep anyone waiting. I really didn't want to disappoint anyone.

Nevertheless, I would like to share my knowledge, if that's okay. Maybe it will help someone.

I myself am just a deformed high school dropout (a "0 out of 10" in terms of external appearance) without any qualifications who doesn't want others to end up like me. I got all of my information mainly from people like Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Natasha Campbell-McBride, Dr. Richard Schulze, Weston A. Price, Paul Chek, Troy Casey and a few others.

We all want to be attractive. Not just for ourselves, but also for the opposite sex. In our modern world there are thousands of different products that claim to help you look younger and more beautiful.

But are all these cosmetics (including deodorants) for the skin, hair and face really necessary or a complete waste of money?

Many of these products contain ingredients that are very harmful, especially for men. But that is only a small part of what we consume every day.

Some examples:

  • Xeno- and phytoestrogens
  • DDT, PBDE, PERC
  • Endocrine disruptors (bisphenol A, PFOA / Teflon, PFOS, PCB, parabens, dioxins, phthalates, PFC)
  • Mercury, arsenic, lead, cadmium, aluminum
  • Pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, fertilizers, soil improvers, acidifiers, plant growth regulators - see also Atrazine, Glyphosate (Roundup), Agent Orange, Bhopal disaster
  • Industrial waste, fluoride, chlorine, contraceptives, antipsychotics, drugs of all kinds, pathogens
  • Genetically modified and pasteurized foods
In addition, there is polluted air, contaminated water and soil degradation due to agrochemicals and heavy metals. In other words, the Earth is already largely destroyed in many parts of the world.

Either we find a way to change this together, or we will kill ourselves as a species.

If you want beautiful, glowing skin, clear eyes and full hair, it is recommended to eliminate harmful substances from the body that accumulate there. This means cleansing the intestines, kidneys, liver, heart, mouth and lungs. A few key points (general, nothing new):
  • If it is financially possible, buy food that has been produced organically or from a garden (your own or from neighbors, friends, acquaintances, relatives) - ideally rich in various flavonoids, chlorophyll and heirloom plants
  • If you have dental fillings made of amalgam, have them replaced as quickly and safely as possible by an expert
  • If you want to use cosmetics, make sure that only natural ingredients were used
  • Try to avoid plastic as much as possible (e.g. receipts)
  • Only take pharmaceuticals that are really necessary
  • Only use clothing made from natural raw, organic materials such as cotton, hemp, silk or wool, no polyester
  • When the weather is good, get as much sunlight as possible on your entire body (e.g. exercise and sweating)
  • Move and be physically active every day (whether in the gym, walking, running, sprinting, cycling, basketball, football, volleyball, ice skating, climbing, swimming, etc.)
  • Buy or build a standing desk if you sit at the computer for several hours a day
  • No more artificial blue light in the evening, otherwise REM sleep and hormones such as melatonin will be suppressed. Things get tricky when you work at night (at least in the long term). Do not take synthetic tablets or capsules, but drink tart cherry juice, which contains natural melatonin, beforehand
  • If possible, reduce or completely avoid the consumption of alcohol, refined sugar (including synthetic sweeteners), tobacco, caffeine and other drugs
  • Avoid kitchen utensils made from Teflon (generally non-stick coating). A good alternative would be high-quality stainless steel

A few products that I use myself and can recommend. All of it comes from the United States of America. If you want to try these out but live on another continent, you can look for websites that are ideally based in your country:

  • Toothpaste (only simple ingredients such as bentonite, xylitol and essential oils), clay and salt from "Redmond"

  • Any tongue scraper made of stainless steel or copper, please no plastic

  • Any hand soap for the body and hair with purely natural, organic ingredients (shea, mango, cocoa butter, aloe vera, sheep's milk or tallow)

  • Fair trade, organic, unrefined red palm oil (e.g. from Ghana), the same applies to coconut oil, ghee and a high-quality olive oil with a bitter aftertaste (a good indication of a high content of polyphenols)

  • Algae such as spirulina and chlorella (broken cell wall) from an organic, safe source. I use the company “Purium” for this

Under no circumstances should you consume it if you have amalgam dental fillings. Please have it safely replaced by an expert as quickly as possible.

Other products include bee pollen, vitamin C from fruits (camu camu, acerola cherry, kakadu plum, amla, sea buckthorn, watercress, rose hips, lemon and orange peel, but only in organic quality) and extracts of bitter, mineral-rich herbs to stimulate the liver, gallbladder, bile and digestion (better nutrient absorption).

Some people might mention cod liver oil, but I think the heavy metal contamination is too high (please correct me if I'm wrong).

We want to eliminate toxins, not add more.

Cleansing our organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, intestines).

  • Extracts from bitter, mineral-rich herbs
  • Milk thistle
  • Cayenne pepper (capsaicin), ideally fresh or dried and ground in a mortar
  • Garlic
  • Dandelion root
  • Ginger
  • Fennel seed
  • Artichoke leaf
  • Burdock root
  • Nettle leaf
  • Apple (pectin)
  • (Ceylon) cinnamon bark
  • Psyllium
  • Pharmaceutical grade bentonite clay
  • Activated charcoal
  • Cloves
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Aloe vera
  • Rhubarb
  • Peppermint leaf
  • Fresh papaya and pineapple (papain and bromelain enzymes)
  • Coriander leaf
  • Watercress
  • Spirulina and chlorella with a broken cell wall (only from a safe, organic source and only if you do not have amalgam dental fillings, otherwise contact an expert immediately)
There are many more, but the ones listed are pretty safe in my opinion. As long as you don't overdose or exaggerate. This can help remove various environmental toxins, heavy metals, pesticides and other pollutants from the body.

All of these foods, herbs and spices can be included in everyday life. Ideally in small quantities at the beginning to see how you react to it (both positive and negative).

All of it should be organic or wild harvested.

I'm absolutely sure I forgot a few important things. However, these will be added gradually.

You can ask anything at any time, either here in the thread or privately.

Thank you very much for reading my message.

All the best.

God bless you and your family.

Very good thread, gut health is underrated here.

should be moved to looksmaxxinf section though so it gets more traction, possibly BOTB.

why no plastic scrapers. how to protect from EMF?

Mainly because of environmental impact, pollution and microplastics that enter the body after a certain time.

Unfortunately, I have not yet found any really effective and useful ways and possibilities how people can protect themselves from electromagnetic fields in everyday life.

Most of us are surrounded by electromagnetic fields, even without a cell phone in our pocket.

Almost no one can escape it, except perhaps those who live in the mountains (e.g. Peruvian Andes).

So is there a way to mitigate / keep harmful effects of emf at bay?

It all depends on the environment you are in.

Many people live in a modern society and regularly carry out various activities. Almost everywhere you are exposed to electromagnetic fields that can have a negative effect on the human body.

If it is possible for you, I would not put a cell phone directly in your pocket so that at least the genital area is not exposed to so much radiation.

There may also be devices that can completely protect against this, but I am not 100 percent sure whether they really work.

I do not want to advertise something that is a waste of money and at the same time a scam.

I live in Europe and want to travel to the United States of America this year. Mainly to visit interesting places (such as Mount Shasta, Joshua Tree National Park, Sedona, etc.).

This country has a lot more to offer than Europe. If I find devices, tools or anything else there that are really supposed to protect against electromagnetic radiation, I will let you know if you want me to.

My personal opinion (as a school dropout without a degree or qualification): I am convinced that cleansing the gastrointestinal tract can lead to an improvement in a person's mental and physical condition.

A large proportion of people eat processed products (not real food, so to speak), which can cause inflammation and allergies.

Furthermore, many people feel weak, tired and exhausted after certain meals (a good example is when employees at a company eat fast food during their lunch break). This is a generalization. Of course, there are always and everywhere people for whom this is not a problem, but you get my point.

In addition, all these additives, chemicals, toxins and pesticides contribute to the fact that nutrients can no longer be absorbed properly.

The so-called “carnivore diet” can certainly work because various foods are avoided that may have previously led to gastrointestinal diseases. In other words, a diet in which "problematic" foods are deliberately eliminated in order to see whether the psychological and/or physical condition improves after a certain period of time.

It would be great if one type of diet worked for everyone in the world, but this is not the case due to the microbiome, various environmental influences and epigenetics.

What works for person A may be the exact opposite for person B.

My experience has been that the vast majority of people feel best with a balanced diet, no extremism. Of course, if someone has physical and/or psychological problems, for example, it may be helpful to avoid certain foods to see if the condition improves.

For a while I ate and drank a lot of animal products (fish such as wild salmon, sardines and trout, muscle meat, offal, butter/ghee, homemade bone broth, chicken and quail eggs, raw cow's milk and cheese from the farm). But that didn't help me mentally or physically.

At the end of the day, everyone should decide for themselves what information, studies and doctors they want to believe (such as Louis Pasteur's germ theory).

“Bad” or “good” genetics is a myth of young adolescents who don’t understand this term.

Absolutely every person would be attractive with a wholesome, nutrient-rich diet, sunlight exposure, physical exercise and the elimination of environmental toxins and other pollutants, as long as all of this begins in childhood and adolescence.

A so-called "Chad" grows up in a completely different environment.

Little to no environmental toxins, pharmaceuticals, drugs (including alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and refined sugar) already in the womb of the mother (in other words, mentally and physically healthy parents), exposure to sunlight as a child and adolescent (the most important years for a person's development), deep sleep, wholesome, ideally organic food (little to no processed products), physical activity (sports and helping the father with work on the farm).

A good example of a perfect development would be Matt Lemond.

When growth and development is complete, a so-called "Chad" can do what he wants and will at least not lose his external attractiveness so quickly.

So-called "Incels" have been eating processed products since they were young (including consuming soft drinks), sitting in front of the computer and/or game console for several hours a day with a slouched / poor posture, watching pornographic content and ejaculating several times a day, little to no sunlight, catastrophic sleep cycle due to artificial blue light in the evening and at night, and much more. You get my point.

I know people from all over the world and have never (!) seen/known a so-called "Chad" who grew up like that. Never in my entire life.

As I said, "good" or "bad" genetics is a myth from people on the Internet who don't understand anything about it.

It is entirely possible to change your epigenetics and telomeres and thus improve your own life and that of your offspring in every way.

If you mean the toothpaste from the company "Redmond", it consists mainly of clay (bentonite), xylitol, and essential oils.

Bad breath is caused by poor oral hygiene and a damaged gastrointestinal tract.

The toothpaste itself does not cause these problems, but rather processed products (fast "food"), alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, refined sugar, and an overall unhealthy lifestyle.

I agree that a good enviornment would be conducieve to good growth due the the permission of genes to express themselve properly. This is why womb development and what the mother does during that period is crucial because the body is affected massively by the enviornment it lives in.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Absolutely, the health of both parents is important.

I'm not saying genetics isn't important at all, that would be a lie. It does matter, at least to some (small) extent.

I just wanted to mention that young people on the internet in particular use this term for every single illness and problem they have in their lives. That's just nonsense in my opinion.

The point is, none of us are perfect. Our parents were given misinformation back then by companies, governments and businesses that were only interested in making a lot of money quickly.

The health of the normal, hard-working population has not mattered to these industries, to this day. They continue to make people mentally and/or physically ill and addicted with processed "foods", drugs, pharmaceuticals and other poisons.

Our parents are not (!) to blame because they didn't know any better or didn't have the right information and knowledge back then.

At that time, doctors prescribed the drug called "Thalidomide" (also known as "Contergan") to many pregnant women.

Nobody told the women about the risks and side effects. After a while, the scandal was uncovered, with many newborns around the world suffering from various facial, body and skeletal deformities.

This is just one of many drugs for which we do not know the true risks and side effects (what effect they can have on our children and their genes).

The same applies to those who are born deformed due to environmental pollution and various poisons.

DuPont is a very good example of this, but so are places that are extremely polluted (see Bhopal disaster).

I am aware of the phopal gas disaster and agree that the develpoment during childhood is crucial to develop and express your genes properly.

This is true, including foods that grow on non-organic soil. These are contaminated with high concentrations of heavy metals and agrochemicals.

I deliberately wrote pharmaceutical grade, at least for internal use and only for a short period of time.

I mentioned products from "Redmond" that also offer bentonite clay. This should only be used as face masks and very rarely.

I will ask the company how heavily contaminated their clay is and will publish it here if I receive an answer.

Some information about the bentonite clay from the company "Redmond":

How do you ensure the safety and quality of Redmond Clay?

We conduct third-party lab elemental scans when a new area of the deposit is used. Redmond Clay also undergoes a full microbial test to ensure safety. These tests confirm that our clay contains a full spectrum of earth-based elements and falls well within the expected microbial content range for raw dry products.

Can I take Redmond Clay internally?

At this time, Redmond Clay is only marketed for cosmetic uses.

Historically, clay has been used both externally and internally, with anecdotal accounts spanning thousands of years across many cultures. In the past, Redmond Clay’s labels and marketing mentioned internal uses and we received many testimonials from customers about their positive experiences.

However, Redmond Clay is currently not marketed or intended for internal use. Our focus has shifted exclusively to the cosmetic uses of clay. That said, our clay is still the same quality and composition we sold in the past. Nothing has changed besides the way we label and market it. We strictly adhere to current regulations that guide our labeling and marketing practices.

What’s with the proposition 65 warning labels?
You may have noticed a Prop 65 warning panel on products containing Redmond Clay, such as Earthpaste. California requires this because Redmond Clay, like many natural products from the earth, contains some lead. You can learn more about Prop 65 here.

Humans and animals have been using natural bentonite clay for thousands of years, and it’s the base of a lot of Redmond Life products. As a natural product from the earth, clay contains trace amounts of earth-based elements, including lead. Because of this, the state of California requires that we include a Prop 65 statement on the label of any products containing Redmond Clay saying that the product may not be appropriate for some women and children.

When it comes to elements and the body, the amount and form of the element are key. Studies suggest that bentonite clay is structured in a way that is not absorbed by the body.

In other words, only pharmaceutical grade bentonite clay if you want to use it internally.
