1. Eating sugar 8/10
- You have alot of fat stored in your body, we are told its the fat that we are eating but we arent getting the bigger point. Consuming sugar spikes your insuline levels and insuline is a fat storage hormone, it will store the fat in you and it will remain there, unused. Sugar has no nutrition, no human ever needs it ever, fat on the other hand has the fat soluable vitamins A, D, E, K2 and your body prefers to run on ketones. Fat is superior to sugar in every possible way. Its very hard to quit sugar, optimally u wanna have less then 20g of carbs daily, if in puberty 60g max(most from milk) but just try to make it under 100g daily. Starches, fruit, processed sugar avoid it all
2. Movement 10/10
- Im gonna try to keep this very simple. You wanna move alot if you wanna lose weight, but whats the right way to go about it? Just walk bro. Walk 10k+ steps atleast daily but if u wanna make it faster even 15k+. Walking isnt stresfull, you do it throught the whole day. Not rlly much to say here
3. Overall just eating healthy 6/10
- Just eat healthy, doesnt have to be optimal, but just meat, eggs, milk, butter and from time to time some organs, you will get all you need from it and just dont eat alot for fat loss.
Kinda nothing burger guide but thats mostly it, if you lost the fat and later on wanna debloat here is a guide for that
