My training looks like this:
3x30 neck flexions
3x20 lateral raises
3x20 curls
10 pushup/rows
As much food as possible
Dumbbell bench press, dumbbell overhead press. Generally just a lot of volume through the arms, neck, back, and chest
Will start HIIT tomorrow.
