in my end-twenties i remember i have felt hate for 3 days nonstop
nowadays even 1 day nonstop is way too much
however now in my thirties i barely get any new hateful thought, because i have thought every evil thought thousands of times
it doesnt feel as intense anymore (maybe its because of the drugs im taking, they make me feel better, or i got older idk)
but i can quickly recall thousands of ways how to harm humanity
