Trying pneumo teeth whitening

I am gonna attempt to whiten my teeth using h202 gel (44% ), gingival barrier and a curing light . Pretty much gonna try copy pneumos procedure and see if I can get some results .

Eu to uk plug adapter because curing light only comes in EU port or USA : I already have so free
Dental cheek retractor : already have so free
