Trying pneumo teeth whitening

I am gonna attempt to whiten my teeth using h202 gel (44% ), gingival barrier and a curing light . Pretty much gonna try copy pneumos procedure and see if I can get some results .

Curing light :£15
Eu to uk plug adapter because curing light only comes in EU port or USA : I already have so free
Dental cheek retractor : already have so free
H202 gel : £40

How were the results Products haven’t arrived bro I just ordered a week ago and products coming from china . At the moment the only things that’s came is the curing light still waiting on the peroxide gel plus gingival barrier

Teeth whitening didn’t work at all. H202 gel is impossible to buy real at 44 percent concentration . But that’s how it is ascending is about investing in yourself and sometimes u may fail . I leasted £ 70 but is wut it is I’ll keep spending money until something works
