You could try bonesmashing, it isn't Cope if done properly just works differently for everyone, expect it to not work but you can always try it did for me but i got a slightly asymmetric face now tho sadly

Idk about chemicals i only know about softmaxxes i would recommend taking Vitamin D3 k2 for bonesmashing it helps the recovery i always smash every 2nd or 3rd day depending if the area is still hurt or sore
